Inside Out Walking Tour and Bike Tour

As part of FestivFALL, join the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) on a public art adventure starting with a thirty minute guided walking tour inside of the WV State Capitol Building and followed by a one hour guided bike tour exploring the statutes and monuments on the Capitol Complex Grounds.
Explore Inside: The walking tour meets at 3:00 pm in front of the WV Coal Miner Statue.
Explore Outside: Just want to join the bike tour? Meet at the WV Coal Miner Statue at 5:00 pm, ride begins at 5:30 pm.
